Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Who can enter
1.1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are existing customers of Flinn & Steel and own a Flinn & Steel ring.
1.2. Employees of Flinn & Steel, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to enter
2.1. To enter, complete the entry form above and submit your photo or video of your Flinn & Steel ring.
2.2. We're looking for your ring in the wild - at your wedding, on holiday, having an adventure, or simply enjoying life together. We want to see the ring being worn and enjoyed, rather than a perfect product shot.
2.3. Your images and videos should be of sufficient quality that it is clear and not blurry or pixellated.
2.4. Entries must be submitted via the above form by 11:59pm on Sunday 25th October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw, but may still be used.

3. Permission to use your content
3.1. By submitting your photo or video, you give Flinn & Steel permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, resize and publish the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
3.2. This permission includes use on Flinn & Steel's official social media channels, website and paid advertising.
3.3. You retain ownership of your original photo or video. You are giving Flinn & Steel permission to use the content for the purposes described above without payment or further approval.
3.4. We may make reasonable edits to submitted content, such as cropping, resizing or adding text, to make it suitable for different platforms and formats.
3.5. Where you provide the details of the photographer, venue or other relevant contributor, we will credit them where reasonably possible.

4. Permission from other people featured
4.1. By submitting an image or video containing other identifiable people, you confirm that you have obtained their permission for the content to be used by Flinn & Steel in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4.2. You must not submit content containing another person if you do not have their permission for its use.

5. The prize
5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2. The winner will receive a £250 Amazon voucher.
5.3. The winner will be selected after the closing date and announced on 30 October 2026.
5.4. Flinn & Steel will contact the winner using the contact details provided on the entry form. If we are unable to contact the winner, or the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to select another winner at random.

6. General
6.1. Flinn & Steel reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms & Conditions or that contains inappropriate, offensive or unlawful content.
6.2. By submitting an entry, you confirm that the content is your own, that you have the right to submit it, and that you have obtained the necessary permissions from anyone else featured in the content.
6.3. Flinn & Steel reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.
6.4. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
