If you're not sure on your ring size, simply select "Send me a ring sizer" above, and we'll dispatch one to you. Ring sizers are chargeable on silicone ring orders.

Please note, 'send me a ring sizer' orders outside of the UK will be subject to standard non-UK shipping charges per parcel.

Due to the strength of our materials, our rings cannot be resized, so please take care when choosing your ring size.

Please note - although the materials we use are much stronger than gold or platinum, they are still susceptible to scratches and knocks. From the day your ring goes on your finger, it can show signs of wear.

If you'd like to add an additional personal engraving (up to a maximum of 30 characters including spaces) please type exactly what you want in the Engraving box.  Please be careful to type in Capitals or Lowercase as you wish the engraving to appear.

Please note, personalised engravings add up to 5 working days to production time.

All rings are marked as standard with our 'Flinn' logo and a mark indicating the metal. We are happy to exclude the logo or metal markings by request prior to ordering.

Please note, some ready to ship stock may still contain our discontinued Crafted in Sheffield mark and metal markings in a different font.

Our processing/production times are between 1-12 weeks depending on your chosen ring design and metal. Please see product pages for specific lead time information. Please note, all lead times commence AFTER we receive your ring size.

Ready-to-Ship items: Usually dispatched in 3-5 working days, but can take up to 2-3 weeks if we're experiencing high order volumes.

Tantalum items: We do our best to keep plenty of our Tantalum items in stock, however certain sizes and styles can take up to 8 weeks for delivery when stock levels deplete.

Made-to-Order items: We aim to deliver our made-to-order items as quickly as possible, which means where possible your order could be dispatched in 2-3 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks.

Damascus and Silver items: We aim to deliver our Damascus and Silver rings as quickly as possible, however they can take up to 8-12 weeks to craft and dispatch.

Please allow an extra 5 working days for a personalised engraving.

Our standard post days are Tues and Thurs, however we can post items on alternative days by special request.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-Order items
• Items with personalised engraving
• Items not in pristine, re-saleable condition upon return

Any items eligible for return or exchange must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in pristine, re-saleable condition.

The only exception to this would be if upon receiving the item a fault is present please contact us within a 14 day period.
